More than 98 percent of Operation Blessing’s expenses go toward children and families in need. This is accomplished by keeping overhead expenses to a minimum. Operation Blessing employs a small staff in Virginia Beach, Virginia and Riverside, California. We work with a network of national and international agencies, churches and social service groups that provide matching funds. This enables Operation Blessing to multiply the contributions it receives, greatly increasing our donors' gifts and our effectiveness.
